Counseling
Individual
Duration : 60 min
Sessions directed by individual’s desired goals. The focus will be to discover what root issues are preventing the individual from reaching these goals.
Marriage
Duration : 50 min
Sessions are designed to reconcile relationships by providing tools for forgiveness, altering communication patterns and conflict resolution. Working to develop compassion for each individual by understanding the emotional baggage each brings into marriage.
Family
DURATION : 90 MIN
Sessions will focus on understanding family dynamics that come out of merging different “Families of Origin”. We will work to reconnect each member of the family unit through Intentional Selfless Living.
Group
Life Skills International is an emotional and mental health program. This is an 18 week group setting that walks through the pains of our past that are still making decisions for us today.
Remote

Dependent on Session Type
Individual, Marriage and Family Sessions can be held remotely through telehealth virtual services. The cost will be based on the pricing for type of Session.
